Shipping Information – 24 Hour Delivery Service (£6.95)

We use a tracked 24 hour delivery service via Royal Mail or Parcel Force for all orders due to the delicate nature of our cakes.

  • Tracked, with delivery tracking via email
  • Shipping days- Monday to Friday (we do not ship on weekends or bank holidays)
  • Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the next working day.

If you’ve selected a preferred delivery date, your order will be dispatched the day before your chosen date using our 24 hour service. Your selected delivery date will be included in your confirmation email.

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to the Republic of Ireland at the current time within the standard rate – please call us for a delivery quote.

Nominated Delivery Day

At checkout you will have the opportunity to nominate a delivery date. We realise the importance of receiving your cakes on the correct day. we will do our best to deliver on the nominated day but please be aware that this is not a guaranteed service as the courier service is out of our control. 

 RETURNS

At Nude Cakes, we take the utmost care to provide our customers with the freshest and highest-quality products. We understand the importance of food safety and the sensitive nature of our fresh food items. Due to the nature of our products and for the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on food items.

As a matter of food safety and hygiene, we cannot resell any items once they have left our control. This policy is in place to protect the health and well-being of our customers.

If you ever receive a product that is damaged or incorrect please contact our customer support team. We will be more than happy to assist you in resolving any issues related to product quality or fulfilment errors.

REFUNDS

Nude cakes do not accept responsibility for damage to goods in transit. By proceeding with your order you are agreeing to these terms and accept this liability.

However, we do understand that this can be disappointing – please call us on 01522 694411 or email contact@originalcake.co.uk with pictures of your damaged products and we will endeavour to help in any way possible.
