SHIPPING

Due to the delicate nature of our products, we offer Next Working Day Delivery at a cost of £6.95 via DPD, Parcelforce, or Royal Mail. All deliveries are tracked, and you will receive a notification via email once your order is dispatched.

Saturday Delivery is available at a cost of £8.75. Orders placed before 1pm on a Friday can select Saturday delivery at checkout for delivery the following day.

Shipping Days: Monday to Friday (we do not ship on weekends or bank holidays).

Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the next working day.

If you’ve selected a preferred delivery date, your order will be dispatched the day before your chosen date using our 24-hour service. Your selected delivery date will be included in your confirmation email.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to the Republic of Ireland at the current time within the standard rate – please call us for a delivery quote.

Nominated Delivery Day

At checkout, you will have the opportunity to nominate a delivery date. We understand the importance of receiving your cakes on the correct day and will do our best to deliver on your chosen date. However, please note this is not a guaranteed service, as delivery is handled by third-party couriers and is outside of our control.

If your cake is for a special occasion, we recommend selecting a delivery date 4 days in advance of your decorating date or event.

REFUNDS

We are committed to producing the highest quality cakes, however, if you are not happy with your order please call us on 01522 694411 or email contact@originalcake.co.uk.

The Original Cake Company do not accept responsibility for damage to goods in transit. By proceeding with your order you are agreeing to these terms and accept this liability.

However, we do understand that this can be disappointing – please call us on 01522 694411 or email contact@originalcake.co.uk with pictures of your damaged products and we will endeavour to help in any way possible.
