This cake uses a no gluten containing ingredients recipe, this means no products used within the recipe contain gluten. However, although every care is taken in the preparation of our gluten free cakes, they are made in a bakery where gluten is used in many other products. For this reason, they may not be suitable for customers with the most severe types of gluten allergy.
Please Note: if the cake is for a special occasion we do recommend it is ordered 4 days before the required date to allow for any delays from the courier or damage during transport so any issues can be rectified.

I purchased this spom to see what it was like, I was disappointed with the texture, it was dry and stale and seemed like it had been baked days before.
I won’t be buying anymore, will continue to bake my own and that’s my honest opinion.
