These are absolutely divine, it is a great way to choose which or all of the full cakes to order.

The sponge texture was good for icing because of the firmness and moist but the flavour wasn't strong enough a bit bland.
I quite like the fact that the cakes were not very sweet which is good for adding icing too the cakes. The Red Velvet an Chocolate were a bit dry not moist enough, I guest if when using a vanilla fill with the red velvet and Chocolate panache most definitely complete the moist texture, but definitely too dry for a sugar paste. I thoroughly enjoyed the fruit cake rich and moist nut not too sweet it was absolutely delicious. I do like the idea of tasting the cakes before buying so I can have an idea of what your cakes texture and flavour are. Thank you.
