Great base cake, it actually got even better a couple of days later and I was able to decorate it super easily so will order again! A great concept, really takes out the tediousness from baking - having to bake and decorate as well takes forever.
Samples were quite nice, for my pallette I would want more white chocolate, I couldn't taste any really. But I would ad it to my own filling which is what I do..coffee is tricky when baked it takes on a strange flavour, I do put it in mine ,but always add a coffee syrup straight after baking. That said I would put it in myself if I ordered it and then coffee cream layered inside. But as a basic cake they are great ,
Really loved the vegan lemon sponges They were moist and tasty . I cut the 2 cakes I bought in half with a cake cutter to sandwich with butter cream . Worked perfectly and then used roll out icing to cover . Would definitely order again .
