Lovely sponges that I use with various fillings from Fresh Cream, Ganache and sometimes buttercream. I am always complemented.
My husband tried the sample chocolate & Orange cake but for him, its was to dry & dense in texture and he thought it had a strange taste which he did not like.
I’ve therefore frozen the 8 inch round cake for someone else’s birthday cake.
