Our cakes arrive sealed and are best stored at room temperature. once opened store in an air tight container. We use an oil based cake making it the perfect cake base for decorating and stacking.

I ordered 3 different flavours lemon chocolate and gluten free vanilla. All the cakes were light airy and moist exactly what you want from a cake. They all tasted lovely . I can highly recommend and will definitely use again.

So this was extremely dry. Very good lemon flavour. Also damaged in transit.
I’ve ordered from this company a couple of times before, and it’s great. The cakes are perfect for decorating and are well made and taste great most of the time (sometimes a little dry but nothing a little sugar syrup can’t fix!). This time was a reasonably large order of 3x10 inch and 3x8 inch. I got two packages, one with the 3x10 inch stacked on top of each other in their individual boxes and one 8 inch put on its side in its box, the other package had the 2 other 8 inch. The cake on its side had developed a flat spot on the side that was pointing down, which was annoying! Please package the cakes flat (as has always been the case before!). Would be 4 stars without this!
